Those errors are from your Ethernet card - it seems very unhappy.  You
didn't mention what brand it is, but since Ethernet cards aren't all that
pricey these days, I'd recommend swapping it out - go to a 3Com that's
supported or something else more normal.  If you're running at 10 megabits,
any old NE2000 clone should do the trick nicely for ISA.  I have a 3C595
10/100 PCI card at home that works great.
