[OLUG] Help resurrecting Linux installation

The install disks do wierd things with the locations of files. If there's a
/dev directory, it might just not have an entry for /dev/hda. If that's the
case, run "mknod /dev/hda b 3 0" and that'll give you a /dev/hda device for
lilo to work with. Otherwise, you may have to create that file somewhere
that you can in the install disk's filesystem, then edit the lilo.conf file
to use that. Note that you'll probably also have to change the location of
the kernel it needs to run in the lilo.conf as well - don't worry about the
wierd filename, lilo points directly to the kernel file, so it doesn't
matter if it's called "/mnt/hda/boot/vmlinuz" for example in the lilo.conf -
it just needs the path to install lilo support, not for bootup.
