Go through the netscape options carefully. Ask questions if you don't think
something is right there. I know I have had this problem but I don't
remember the solution. Try as root to detect permission problems. Is the
netscape dir in the default path, else you need a statement in the .bashrc.
Download a new netscape or delete and reinstall from the tarball the
existing ver..
check again the hosts hosts.allow/deny resolv.conf. Scan the howto for file
permissions or pppd ppp-on/off options chat-* pap-secrets etc. (less / rwx n
n n n n....). Check the permissions first.
