[OLUG] good ftp package

Hello,
I would like to download a directiry structure from an ftp server. There
is approximately an 1.5 GB of data. I am looking for a ftp program who
will be able to connect again connection gets broken a start to download
the same file as when the accident happened. The connection is onlu about
10 KB per second. So you understand why I don't have to reconnect again.
Which of ftp packages would be the best?
