[OLUG] win backup bootable

After compressing my windoze directory with bzip2 then deleting my win
directory from /mnt I decompressed the bzip2 file and untarred the
resulting tar file and everything is back like it was when windoze was
ok,but windows won't boot...I just get a system disk error..I went into
cfdisk and made that partition bootable but still no luck.Any ideas?
