Umm... should Nathan restart his inet services so that resolv.conf is
reread?  Or is that done on-the-fly?

Try reaching my computer.  It is jung.mwac.nps.gov, aka 165.83.168.10 (IP
address).  Try pinging it:
	ping -n 165.83.168.10
and try it with Netscape (and/or lynx) with this URL:
	http://165.83.168.10

Now, if you fire up your machine and connect, and ping fails but Netscape
works, I shall become confused. :-)
