[OLUG] redhat via pcmcia ethernet - howto?

[puzzled]

   anyone know where the howto for redhat installation via pcmcia ethernet is at? I have a toshiba
2105 and a 3c589c and I am just stuck ... pcmcia.img boots but it wants a driver and I have no idea
what to do from that point.
