[olug] Red Hat network problem

I have been using Suse for awhile now but decided to try Red Hat.  I
currently have DSL with a Cisco 675 running NAT.  Everything seems to be
configured properly and I can get to the DSL router just fine.  The problem
is with name resolution, I can access sites outside by IP address but cannot
by domain name.  Now I never had a problem like this with Suse and am
wondering if this is common with Red Hat.  If you could give me some
suggestions where to look, what to look for, or something I could do it
would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
