Actually, what I need is NT Workstation to log on to it and make it act like
an NT server, such as files, and keeping preference, etc. Like any WinNT
server would do..

It depends on exactly what you mean If you mean what's on the screen,
use the "Blue Screen of Death" screen saver. If you mean how it's
services look to other computers on the network, you want to use Samba.
If you are talking about the user interface, I would let them choose
between Gnome, KDE and AfterStep and setup the workstations as thin
clients.
