With all your help I got linux up and running again and X is working too
now after deleting the .Xauthority file.I installed and configure
bastille before I even connected to the `net,just in the little I've
used it  I can tell it will be good for learning firewall rules but I
have 2 programs that need access  to the `net now,I'm assuming it's
bastille that's stopping them.I can recieve e-mail but not send it and
my  kxicq won't connect (port 4000) Can I just add 2  new rules to the
bastille-firewall  script and  if so how would the rules look?
