So what, exactly, is it supposed to do?  Maybe I'm missing something but
throwing the infected box's query string back at it isn't going to do a whole
lot because IIS restarts itself when it dies, if I remember correctly.  I
don't have one here to test it with, though, because the one sorry IIS box
laying around has already been patched. :)
