I have a complete printout of Minix 1.1 (how's that for distro medium) in 
Tanenbaum's book. Published in 1989

Following paper, I have a 9 track tape of AT&T Sys V Rel 2.0 for Vax 11/780 
/750. Released in 1984. It even has a sticker talking about Judge Green's 
order to break up AT&T. :)
