[olug] Eth0 works, now onto IPTables

More progress.

I am pleased to report that I got IPtables compiled and it appears to work.
Now I have to figure out how to write my rules and stuff.

I compiled it in a subdirectory off of /root/ so the binaries are there.
Would there be any problem moving them to one of the bin directories so
they're in the path?
