[olug] shocking case

very weird.  I have never heard of something like that.  If prolonged periods of no power gets rid of the problem than I would think either your motherboad or your PS are electrifying the case.  But it seems really strange.

Dit sells a good variety of cheap cases.  You can find lots of reviews online of different cases and usually places that sell them.
