[olug] rolodap

IF.. you have a users.olug.org account, rolodap is available to you! point
your webbrowser to https://users.olug.org/rolodap/ and configure pine to
hit it as well ( only from users.olug.org, if there is a big enough
demand, I will open it up to the public )
