Most of the hits I get are automated. I get the identical hits to each of my
servers and they have no effect other than eating bandwidth
On my one Windows server I have associated *.exe with a program I wrote so
that IIS won't accidently allow access to all the .exe files in my
filesystem. The program just returns a 403 error.
