Here's my lilo.conf file>
boot=/dev/hdb1
map=/boot/map
install=/boot/boot.b
vga=normal
default=windows
keytable=/boot/us.klt
lba32
prompt
timeout=150
message=/boot/message
menu-scheme=wb:bw:wb:bw
image=/boot/vmlinuz
label=linux
root=/dev/hdb5
append=" hdc=ide-scsi devfs=mount quiet"
vga=788
read-only
other=/dev/hda1
label=windows
table=/dev/hda
map-drive=0x80
to=0x81
map-drive=0x81
/etc/lilo.conf lines 1-23/27 88%
I'm not real good at lilo but it appears as tho it's installing to /dev/hdb1
from looking at my lilo.conf file,I installed it there because that's where my
/boot partition was,when I installed linux it gave me a list that included the
default /dev/hda or /dev/hdb1 where I put it.I don't know how to choose where
to install it after the install,would I just designate lilo /dev/hda or would
I just edit the /dev/hdb1 to /dev/hda in my lilo.conf file?
