[olug] dhcpcd problem

Also my Dell Laptop (Inspirion 8100) which has an ethernet port built in 
refuses to work with dhclient and to obtain an ip address.  NOTE: this also 
happens with my compaq laptop.  My solution that works everytime to to 
install "pump" and just run it and then I get an address.
