set port duplex {mod/port} auto

that will allow the cat blade to negotiate between 100/fdx and 100/hdx

the only thing your blade is missing is 10 Mbs operation. ( your linksys
switch supports 100Mbs right? ) also... dont forget about the STP
configuration, does your linksys even support spanning tree?
