You're crazy. The cheapest I've ever seen co-location is in the range
of $250/month for 1U of rack space. (Note that you probably need room
for a tower not a rack, so that's about 4-5U probably.)
I'd advise that you go with shared service. (I have some to offer if
you respond privately). If you absolutely must have a dedicated
machine, go with rackshack.net. They are absolutely the cheapest, they
will rent you a dedicated server running Linux for $99/month. (Plus a
big fat setup fee unless you catch one of the $1 sales.) But that is
not Omaha.
