If he's coming west on Dodge, how does he make the left turn to get to the 
south side of Dodge (yes this has happened to me more than once)?  Perhaps 
staying on 480S to Leavenworth, right on 42nd then 4 blocks up to Dodge?

As for parking--usually the Clarkson hospital lot is available, who's to know 
your not really in the hospital?
