A friend of mine recently tried Libranet[1] and has since said he's
going to convert both of his other machines to it, and will likely not
bother with other distributions for quite some time.

In other words, he's been quite impressed, to say the least. ;-)

Personally, I found Debian[2] in early '98, and though I've periodically
tried other distributions since, I have yet to find anything capable of
matching it.
