[olug] KDE 3 & links

I cannot, in my limited wisdom, figure out how to add a link to Mozilla
(place whatever you want here) in the KDE menu OR to the taskbar at the
bottom of the screen.  I know, sounds silly but I don't want to clutter
the desktop with a lot of links.  Thanx in advance fellow members!!
