Easy - "Print" to PS from StarOffice or even MS Word then run 'ps2pdf'
which comes with GhostScript. I compile my own (surprised...) but I know
RH, Caldera, MDK, at least ship Ghostscript. Very Very Easy...

BTW - Adobe PageMaker will also accept EPS which you can print directly to
in StarO and MSWord...
