[olug] Web site showing server OS

Someone in the past few weeks posted a WWW link that if you submitted an IP address it would tell you what OS it was running. 

Of cource I _thought_ I addid it to my bookmarks; but I have no idea where. Can anyone help point me in the correct direction?
