odd question.....

Where do I look to know that a server is getting packets/files sent to
it?  By this I mean that I am having the Cisco guy reroute all port 80
traffic to my server but I am not seeing it get there in the squid
access.log.  This Squid server works fine if I hard-code the IP and port
into my browser but with the redirection from the Cisco router, I don't
show anything getting there.
