[olug] webcam

I believe my friend was using Red Hat 8, but we got these cheapy web 
cams from work that Earthlink and Sprint used to give out. It's from a 
company called Xirlink, but the IBM PC Camera drivers work perfectly for 
it. As for Linux, my friend mentioned before plugged his in and it 
worked almost instantly.
