[olug] fetchmail

Let me see if I have an old fetchmail config around that I use to use for
cox.

The things you learn . . .

I was able to log on, and when I did RETR 1 I saw the contents of the
message.

(I'm doing this off the list . . . may take a while for me to figure it
out. :)
