You might look into the old TCG building, now AT&T Local Network
Services, just to the south of 72nd and Mercy.  Alltel has been colo'd
there forever, and when Verio had a POP there, we had Qwest circuits
coming in over IOF provided by AT&T.  If memory serves, the circuits
terminated to the Qwest 90th St CO.

The other reason I recommend this place besides my own good experience
with them is that it's *empty* and has been for quite awhile.
