[olug] discount subscription to Linux Journal

Members of GLUE registered LUGs (OLUG is one of them) may receive 20%
discount on their subscription to Linux Journal. [1] 

The discount code for our lug is "5XGLUE"

I do not yet see a way to receive this discount form the online
subscription form, but I sent an inquiry.  Looks phone, or email and 'bill
me' are the current options.
