Anyone on this list have the RHCE certification or taken the RHCE exam?

I've finally persuaded (nagged mercilessly) my boss into paying for me
to take the RHCE exam, but he won't pay for the class.  I'm now faced
with putting together a good study program for myself to bone up on my
Red Hat admin skills before the test.  Any input/advice from folks who
have taken the test would be much appreciated.
