[olug] Wireless card for Dell 8100

I finally got Red Hat working on my Dell inspiron 8100
after a day and a half of messing with XF86config. 
Now I want to get a wireless card for this baby.  Just
wanted to get some opinions on a good wireless card
for this type of laptop and that will work great with
Red Hat 8.0. 

Im thinking either 802.11a or g.  not sure yet
