1.  Do we have any sort of standards for the install?  For instance, do
we just install the root user, or do we also add some non-admin accounts
and try to explain what their purpose is and when to use them?

2.  Standards:  Do we just do the default install or is there an OLUG
set of options that we prefer to install?

3.  Will we have analog phone lines available for people who use dial-up
to access the Internet?

4.  What do you tell an AOL user at one of these?  No, seriously.
