[olug] Cox and port 25

Also effected?  How are they effected?  Our ports 25 or 80 have never been 
blocked for our Business Accounts.  Now I do know that 80 is blocked on 
the residential side and 25 is blocked in areas.  Port 25 isnt blocked on 
my residential account, but I do know others that are.
