We use RAV also, you can run it for 60 days against 2 domains for free. I
works extremely well, they auto update the virus signatures almost on a
nightly basis, and the spam filtering is pretty good, although you do still
get false positives as you do with alot of the spam filters out there. It
also uses custom regexp so you can setup your own filters on Subject and
Body Content.
