This is basically about a bill recently passed in Illinois but they (the technologically inclined people in Illinois) are concerned that this is a trend that just happens to be starting in Illinois.  I have no idea if anything like this in Nebraska but I am trying to do some checking.

Why is it that politicians just CAN'T GET A CLUE!  I guess that money talks and little people don't have the voice anymore but I am not just going to let these people roll over me!!
