[olug] PHP woes

I'm not an expert in php, but it almost looks like a different font, or 
possible a binary output.

I'm trying to install PhpWiki on a new Apache installation, and all I get
is muck in my browser.  What kind of muck?  See:

Php is working (I can do a phpinfo(), along with access PEAR-DB, etc).
Any ideas?

I'm using Apache 2.0.48, mod_php 4.3.3, and phpwiki 1.3.4.
