Sorry that I did not reply earlier to anyone's post.  Been outside of email range all weekend.  Honey do list was QUITE long.  8<)
I looked at g4u before and it requires WAY too much HD space on the server.  It does a copy of the HD to the server first and then a tar.  Odd but that is what I saw when I tested it 6 months ago.  would have been a great solution for us here but HD space on the server is at a PREMIUM.  Thanx for the idea though.
I need to be able to take a machine, tweak it perfect and push it up to the server.  I then need to be able to pull it down on any of the 6 machines with the "image".  I need to be able to images a down system quickly should it happen.  I do have access to Ghost 7.5+ corporate but I am open to anything that works.  
Thanx to all who have responded so far!!  I still have a couple weeks before I am under the gun so I am moving forward with ideas and then to test them...
