Try replacing the VESA driver with the Radeon driver and see what happens.
Driver "vesa" --> Driver "radeon"
or --> Driver "ati"
I have a Radeon 9000 at home that I had to tweak my XF86Config BusID to
get it working correctly. I'll take a look at it when I get home tonight.
It might be the way the BusID is written. On my dual-head setup at
work, I have PCI:0:13:0 and PCI:1:0:0 - not sure if have an extra
decimal place causes a problem (PCI:00:13:00) off the top of my head.
