I think I've found some webalizer config options that I can use. 

The default webalizer.conf file from the RH9 rpm, does not have the 
seperate page generation for Referrers, sites, etc.

These need to be turned on. 

AllSites        yes
AllURLs         yes
AllReferrers    yes
AllAgents       yes
AllSearchStr    yes
AllUsers       yes

They then appear as a link "View All Referrers" at the bottom of the "Top 
xx of xxx Total Referrers" etc. table.
