I've so far installed it on a Vmware session (works fine), and my
home-built PC (Athlon on a FIC mobo).
The only install problem I had was that the stock nVidia driver had a
problem. I have a Geforce 4 MMX440 and it detected it fine, but the mouse
pointer was invisible. I switched to the generic driver (which worked with
a mouse pointer) and did the auto-update and it installed the 3d
accelerated nVidia driver (no muss no fuss) and that worked fine (could
still see my mouse pointer).
I do believe it includes MP3 and Java support in the purchase version (not
the ftp version). From what I understand they can't bundle those in the
ftp version. (Same with nVidia 3d drivers and MS TT fonts).
