This was suppose to go out last night...stuck in my outbox...probably old
info now.
If you cant move the boxes together to use straight ftp, here is scp tool
to try. I have never run it on NT, but have used it on Win98 Win2000 and
WinXP, so it might run on NT.

Can the NT box be physically moved into close proximity of the Sun
boxes? If so, I might turn out to be quicker to simply through a
crossover cable between the two and transfer the data any way you want (
ftp, sftp, scp etc... )
I believe that the ftp transfer would be quicker than sftp.
Just my nickel's worth.
