[olug] quiet PC - how to do this?

I know its an awsome fan, however if one is looking for "quiet fans, dont look to delta unless your shelling out some bucks on a counter rotating setup. I think there is a delta dist. in souix city or falls, cant remember exactly.
purchased one as a newbie thinking "57cfm?...its supposed to be noisey?..cant be THAT noisey." It was, but got used to it, and I still love it.
No doggity from me.
