[olug] Cox High Speed Internet

Yeah, you CAN get around the block, but don't get
caught :)
Their EULA says you can't run a server, and they'll
shut you down if they find out.
I went with Lunar Gravity/Qwest after specifically
asking if they cared about me running a web server.
