Thanks for that. To clarify, what I'm seeking is 3rd party verification 
that we're still on the planet no matter what happens in our data 
center. When ALL ELSE fails* I want some 3rd party to smack me. I'd 
hate to have my once-a-year dial backup thing fail the one time a year 
I needed it.
