The two Border's stores have T-mobile. I don't know the price, but if
you check T-mobile's website, you can see subscription information.

I know the Panera at 132nd & Maple has wireless for free. No other
Panera stores have it yet. Also, I understand Bear Rock Cafe at the
southwest corner of 144th & Maple has it too.
