[olug] ati install

Let me know if this works.  I am having trouble with my Radeon 9700 
under Suse 9.1.  I actually think it's ati's problem because their 
driver supports 4.3.0 Xfree which Suse 9.0 had, but Suse 9.1 upgraded 
to 4.3.99 Xfree which is currently not supported by ati yet.
