I've been using/providing the Hawking model HNC320W wired/wireless camera.

The internals on the cheaper models (Hawking/Dlink/others) are the same
hardware with modified firmware.

They are usually ~$185.00

The better cameras i.e. Axis 2100(running Linux!) go into the $350+ range.

They all advertise similar frame rates, but the more expensive cameras
have faster CPU's and better camera components.
