Using PGP/GPG.  If somebody wants to encrypt a message to me then they 
need to use my public key.  Correct?

To encrypt a message to somebody else I need to use their public key. 
Correct?

If the above is true then I encrypt a message to somebody with their 
public key but the email gets signed using my private key and they 
verify the signature with my public key.

Is everything above true?
