[olug] Cox anti portscan policy

  Has anyone else noticed that Cox is doing something about machines
that are portscanning? Damned annoying if that is part of your work ...
I've had to use the Paranoid timing option in nmap and it takes a day to
do what used to take a few seconds :-(
